Memphis Blues Lacrosse was established in 2025 to create a premier travel team program designed to help athletes advance their skills and compete at a higher level of play.

Our Mission

Our mission is to create a competitive and supportive setting for athletes who are motivated and capable of playing at an advanced level, while fostering meaningful team experiences that build character, accountability, and strong personal values. Memphis Blues Lacrosse is built on a foundation of excellence, respect for the game, and a competitive spirit.

Through high-level coaching and intentional player development, we aim to elevate the standard of lacrosse across the Memphis metroplex.

Evaluations consider game awareness, stick skills, athleticism, lacrosse IQ, speed, size, and overall potential. Just as important, players must demonstrate coachability, resilience, work ethic, and a positive attitude centered on team success. We understand that athlete development must start somewhere—especially for younger or newer players—and our focus for these players is to welcome them into the program and begin developing their fundamental stick skills and understanding of the game.

As one of the fastest-growing sports in the nation, lacrosse continues to expand, and we have proudly contributed to that momentum by developing skilled and well-rounded players in Memphis and the surrounding areas. Every Memphis Blues Lacrosse player understands her role and contribution to overall team success. Our teams compete in many of the nation’s top regional tournaments, earning a reputation for excellence built on character, discipline, and professionalism both on and off the field. Exposure to elite competition and experienced coaches helps elevate each player’s performance and overall understanding of the game. We place a strong emphasis on college recruiting preparation, educating athletes on the recruiting process and the standards required to compete at the collegiate level.
